There are two type of tickets available.
Full event tickets which include Dinner | Club Drinks | One Big Board Ticket.
Extra 'a la carte tickets can be purchased (if you are not attending the event and wish to participate in the Big Board Raffle, you can purchase 'a la carte tickets) You need not be present to win The Big Board Raffle. Event is reserved for adults only.

Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be given. A credit towards a future event will be provided. Credits will be good for 12 months

To cancel your registration, follow these instructions:
From the event, view the Event Details and click the Cancel Registration button. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation request, and a refund (if applicable) for the event. If you have a problem, open a support ticket at: support@pointyc.org

Commodore Chris and Lady Jacky are excited to announce the March Madness Reverse Raffle.

If you cannot attend due to prior obligations or because you are a snowbird, the best way to support the club (and have a chance to win up to $1,000) is to buy a Big Board Ticket. No need to be present to win! This event is also open to all- so bring your friends and feel free to share this email!

Remember those friends or family who always asked you to buy Girl Scout cookies or support their children’s fundraisers…. send them the link for them to support us by purchasing a Big Board Ticket for their own chance to win!

REGISTRATION AND TICKET SALES ARE OPEN UNTIL MARCH 13th.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY March 8th. AFTER THAT, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ROOM RATES AND AVAILABILITY

Things to do around Brunswick Comfort Inn and Suites (Downloadable, printable List)

Food: Appetizers will start at 5:00pm. Buffet Dinner will start at 6:00pm.

Drinks: Club drink and beer is provided by Point Yacht Club. This event space does allow us to bring our own alcohol, so feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine, specialty beer or distinguished bottle of liquor for yourself, or to share.

Prizes: The Big Board has an anticipated value of $1,000 (final amount determined by actual ticket sales). Side board options will be available for purchase at event for additional chances to win up to $500. Finally, our Chance Raffle includes baskets that are being graciously donated by our Point Yacht Club members.

Hotel/Area: The Brunswick Comfort Inn and Suites is an all-suite hotel with an onsite fitness center, an indoor heated pool and continental breakfast. This hotel is less than 5 years old and is the pillar for a brand new shopping complex and at the heart of Brunswick’s entertainment and dining. If you arrive early, Bunker Hill Golf Course has 8 state of the art golf simulators to tune up your game before spring arrives.

There are many little pubs, chain restaurants and entertainment complexes within a short walk or commute. The attachment is a list of establishments to try out around the area.
